What usage rights and commercial licensing are included?
Answer: Base packages include standard digital and web commercial licensing for up to 2 years, covering your website, social media channels, email marketing, and internal press materials. If you require nationwide paid ad campaigns, broadcast usage, or extended billboard rights, custom licensing add-ons are available upon request.
How long does post-production take, and how are files delivered?
Answer: Standard turnaround for commercial shoots is 7 to 10 business days. You will receive a secure, high-resolution online gallery with both full-resolution print files and web-optimized images for instant download. Rush 24-to-48-hour turnaround is available for an additional fee.
Do you provide prop styling or food staging on set?
Answer: I handle basic table styling, composition, and lighting design. For high-volume product launches or complex food staging that requires specialized culinary prep, I can coordinate with a professional food or prop stylist to join our production team.
What happens if we need to reschedule due to weather or venue conflict?
Answer: Outdoor and spatial shoots are subject to weather conditions. If severe weather or an unforeseen venue conflict arises, we can reschedule your session to the next available date at no additional penalty, provided notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the shoot.
Can we request additional retouched photos after the gallery is delivered?
Answer: Yes! Your initial gallery will include a full set of soft proofs. If you find extra images beyond your package limit that you'd like to license, additional retouched hero assets can be added ala carte for $50 to $75 per image.
