FAQ

How many photos will we receive, and how quickly are they delivered?
Answer: You can expect approximately 30 to 40 fully color-corrected, edited images per hour of coverage. Standard delivery for the full online gallery is 5 to 7 business days. If you need select "next-morning press shots" for immediate social media or press release coverage, a rush preview delivery can be arranged.
How do you handle indoor or dark, low-light venues?
Answer: Nighttime and dim indoor venues require specialized gear and lighting techniques. I utilize fast prime lenses and off-camera speedlights bounced strategically to preserve the natural atmosphere and mood of the room without blasting guests with harsh direct flash or producing grainy photos.
Do we need to provide a shot list or event schedule beforehand?
Answer: Yes! Before the event, we will review your run-of-show timeline and key moments (keynote speakers, award presentations, VIP arrivals, sponsor signage). While I capture organic candid moments throughout the event, having a prioritized shot list ensures all essential VIPs and branding details are documented.
Are usage rights included for sponsors, vendors, or event partners?
Answer: Standard event packages include digital and promotional usage rights for the primary hiring host or organization. If external event sponsors, venue management, or third-party vendors wish to use the imagery for their own commercial advertising, secondary commercial licensing packages are available.
What is your overtime policy if the event runs late?
Answer: Events don't always run strictly on schedule! If your event extends beyond the booked hours, additional coverage can be added on-site at my standard hourly rate with client approval before continuing.
